Squarely Partner Program Terms of Use
The Squarely Partner Program (or the “Program”) allows you to get cash back rewards from Squarely Pte Ltd. (“Squarely,” we” or “us”) when you register your Squarely-branded Business Deposit Account (the “Account”) and associated Squarely VISA Debit card or Squarely MASTERCARD Debit card (“Cards”), made available by Squarely’s banking and technology partners, through Squarely, and use the Card or Account to make eligible purchases at participating online retail partners (“Partners”). These Squarely Partner Program Terms of Use, together with Squarely’s Website Terms of Use and Privacy Statement, set forth the terms and conditions (“Squarely Partner Program Terms”) that apply to your use of and access to the Program. To the extent there is a conflict between the Squarely Terms of Use, the Website Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, the provision in these Squarely Terms of Use will govern solely to the extent of such conflict.
This Program is offered to you by Squarely. Squarely’s banking and technology partners are not affiliated with the Program and does not administer it.
Squarely is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are made available to eligible users and provided by Squarely’s banking and technology partners.
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you authorize Squarely to act on your behalf in accessing financial transaction data held by Squarely’s banking and technology partners related to your Account and associated Card (“Transaction Data”) for Squarely to
(1) confirm a qualifying purchase’s eligibility for a cash back reward;
(2) calculate your cash back reward;
(3) maintain data in connection with operating the Program;
(4) analyze data for the improvement and optimization of the Program; and
(5) for any other purposes permitted by law, but in all cases in accordance with the Squarely Partner Program Terms.
We may share your Transaction Data, in anonymized and/or aggregated form only, with our Partners solely to help them monitor the performance of the Program and fulfill their obligations to us.
Your Transaction Data will otherwise be treated in accordance with our Squarely Privacy Policy, available at https://www.gosquarely.com/privacy-statement, but in no event will Transaction Data will be shared with any non-affiliated third parties, including our Partners, for marketing purposes. You may opt-out of the Program at any time in accordance with Section 8: How to Opt Out of the Program.
1. Card Eligibility. The payment card network participating in the Squarely Partner Program is Visa and Mastercard.
2. Earning Limitations. There is a US$250 cashback limit per transaction and a total of US$600 eligible cashback total per user over the lifetime of the Card.
3. Reward Redemption. Cash back rewards will be deposited to your registered Account only, and you authorize us to initiate a credit to your Account (or initiate a debit in order to correct an error) by electronic fund transfer. You are unable to receive your cash back reward through any other means. The reward will not appear or be reflected on your transaction receipt from the Partner at the time of purchase. Rewards are subject to verification and final settlement of the qualifying transaction. Verified rewards will be deposited to your Account on a quarterly basis but may be subject to delay.
4. Squarely-branded Bank Account and Debit Card Requirement. Squarely Partner Program participants must have an active Account and Card in order to receive cash back reward. Only transactions that are used with a registered Card are eligible for a cash back reward. If you cancel your Account, or your Account is closed, for any reason before your cash back reward is deposited to your Account, you will forfeit such cash back reward.
5. Squarely Partner Program Term and Eligible Partner Changes. Squarely Partner Program Terms and eligible Partners may change at any time and Squarely is not liable for these changes. Squarely may at any time add or remove a Partner from the Squarely Partner Program. Any purchases made with a Partner after that Partner has been removed from the Squarely Partner Program will not be eligible for a cash back reward. Purchases made with a Partner prior to that Partner’s removal will remain eligible for a cash back reward even if the Partner is removed prior to the cash back reward being deposited in your Account.
6. Squarely Partner Program cash back and rewards cannot be utilized multiple times across the same user with different accounts.
7. Limitation of Liability.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, SQUARELY AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS, INCLUDING SQUARELY’S BANKING AND TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS, PAYMENT CARD NETWORKS AND PAYMENT PROCESSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SQUARELY AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS, INCLUDING PAYMENT CARD NETWORKS AND PAYMENT PROCESSORS, DO NOT WARRANT THE DATA, CONTENT, ANALYTICS, FEATURES, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TRANSACTION DATA OR USER SUBMISSIONS OR OTHER DATA PROVIDED BY OTHER USERS, TO BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, USEFUL, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SQUARELY OR ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS OR SUPPLIERS INCLUDING PAYMENT CARD NETWORKS OR PAYMENT PROCESSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF PROGRAM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL SQUARELY OR ITS AFFILIATES’, CONTRACTORS’, EMPLOYEES’, AGENTS’, OR THIRD PARTY PARTNERS’ OR SUPPLIERS’, INCLUDING SQUARELY’S BANKING AND TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS, PAYMENT CARD NETWORKS’ AND PAYMENT PROCESSORS’, TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE LESSER OF YOUR LIFETIME SQUARELY PARTNER PROGRAM EARNINGS OR US$600
8. How to Opt-Out of the Squarely Partner Program or Unlink a Card. To opt out of the Squarely Partner Program and unlink your Cards, you must follow the steps below:
1) Please email us at support@gosquarely.com
2) Confirm you want to unlink your debit card.
3) You must repeat this process for every debit card you wish to unlink.
